This is a complete closed turnkey system for professionally recording, mixing & mastering in 5.1 surround sound. The computer is running a total of x3 Boot Drives giving you the option of Mojave, El Capitan & Snow Leopard paired with (x3) mirrored 10TB Storage drives.
The boot drive running Snow Leopard OS X will include a complete installation of Protools 9 from disc (linked to a new Avid iLok account) that pairs perfectly with the Digi 002 to run 5.1 sessions.
The boot drive running El Capitan OS X will include a complete installation of Logic Pro 9 from disc that also pairs perfectly with the Motu 828MKIII to run 5.1 sessions.
The boot drive running Mojave OS X will include a complete installation of Logic Pro X as well as your choice of Avid Media Composer or Final Cut Pro X tied to a brand new Apple ID that pairs perfectly with the Motu 828MKIII to run 5.1 sessions.
The 4th HD slot of the machine can be used to run the newest OS X [Sonoma, Sequoai, etc (or whatever OS X of your choosing as old as Leopard because the machine is backwards compatible)] through purchasing a plug & go SSD, so essentially with this computer configuration, you will have access to every OS X Apple has released which I will be happy to provide support for as well as provide a 10TB external hard drive for you to use as a mirrored storage space.
This is a great system for professional sound design for films & video games as well as professionally recording, mixing and mastering in 5.1. With this system you will be able to access pretty much any session produced in the last 20 years. Moving forward I would be happy to provide customer support as well for any questions you may have for composing & mixing in 5.1 and learning the system. New peripherals will be shipped from Amazon & eBay along with computer from us, based on availability, so please prepare for that when receiving your order. Also included with your purchase will be a backup drive of your main boot drives for you to keep unless you ever need it in the future, as I build these systems with the intention of you keeping & being able to use them for the rest of your life.
