Each consignment agreement will include a professional appraisal with COA credited towards your pending sale. Unlike other music stores, you are welcome to hold onto your instrument until a buyer posts payment. When selling your instrument, I will use Reverb as a marketplace facilitator, and double insure it using Reverb Safe Shipping as well as purchase a secondary insurance with the shipping provider (UPS, Fedex, etc). All I ask is you provide an accurate description of your instrument so I can maintain my 5-star rating and possibly make a short video to help sell it faster!
